OUR VISION
The Hodsim Community Trust is based in south east London. It is a subsidiary of HOUSE OF DIVINE SOLUTION INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES. Our main vision is to promote and enhance the quality of life within the diverse community in the area. This is achieved by contributing towards educational, recreational and community based projects.
Our main strategy is to promote and create a sense of belonging within the community by supporting initiatives and projects that will maximise the community’s potential.
Funding community based leisure activities in promoting a healthy living in the community and working with other organisations to ensure that social needs and deprivation are addressed.
Our main objectives include:
- To provide a supportive environment to help address social needs.
- To promote physical activities in promoting a healthy lifestyle for the local community.
- To provide welfare facilities for the local community.
- To provide accredited opportunities for volunteering in the community.
- To provide spiritual help and befriending services to individuals who require them.
- To provide family oriented counselling and support for the local community.
- To provide an environment where culture and values are acknowledged and addressed.
